By car
- It is about a 20-minute drive from the Olympic city of Innsbruck to the Stubai Valley using the Brenner motorway (crossing the “Europabrücke” bridge). Exit the motorway at Schönberg, the first village in the Stubai Valley, and continue on to Mieders, Telfes and Fulpmes until you reach Neustift.
- If you wish to avoid tolls, take the Brenner road to Schönberg (about a 35-minute drive).
A toll sticker called a “Vignette” is required when using Austrian motorways. You can purchase a Vignette at border crossings and petrol stations or from your motoring association.
By train & bus
A bus service runs every hour from the main station at Innsbruck directly to the Stubai Valley.
